Innovator has developed a precision fixture for making key ways. The fixture can be used to make the key-slots within precise tolerances and at faster rate. It handles a wide range of job diameters, does not leave job clamping marks, and has a self centering mechanism for maintaining center line.
The fixture also allows pipe fitments and cutting of fine teeth on the surface which is not possible in conventional work holding and key-way cutting techniques.
